Overview
In this role you enable full traceability across the semiconductor product lifecycle, aligning engineering, verification, and manufacturing teams. You optimize processes and reporting using Jira and Confluence, ensuring all work products are version-controlled and verifiable. You support governance across pre- and post-silicon activities and ensure compliance with quality standards. You will work within a cross-functional environment to standardize workflows for ASIC/SoC/IP programs and drive reproducible results.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Full-Lifecycle Traceability: link requirements, pre-silicon verification, and post-silicon validation results
- Mixed-Signal Change Control: govern ECOs affecting analog layouts and digital logic before tape-out
- Post-Silicon Governance: manage validation boards, firmware versions, and test scripts for reproducibility
- Standardize project templates and workflows across ASIC/SoC/IP development
- Support compliance with internal and external quality standards (ISO, ASPICE)
- Release Artifact Management: organize final deliverables (GDSII, BOMs, test vectors, compliance docs)
- Requirements Management: document and track requirements across the lifecycle
- Continuous Audit: verify IC tests match the as-built digital configuration in CMS
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Holistic data management using version control systems (Git, Subversion, ClioSoft)
- Proficiency with PLM/ALM tools to manage the Digital Thread
- Familiarity with pre-silicon verification environments and post-silicon lab measurements
- Deep understanding of Change Control Board (CCB) workflows and impact analysis
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor development processes and manufacturing
- Master in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 4+ years in CCM or Quality Engineering within semiconductor or high-tech hardware
- Data visualization and reporting skills (Jira dashboards, Power BI)
