Director Product Marketing HPC MCU Ecosystems and Solutions (f / m / d)

In this role, a successful candidate will :Strategize, plan and manage the activity related to MCU infrastructure business development within the assigned product lines and markets.Achieve Renesas design-wins on focus products in target applications by positioning our value proposition at the Customers via providing fitting infrastructure and solutions.Possess existing relationships with the key executives and engineering leads at the agreed target markets.Formulate, initiate & implement the business strategy and engagement plan to influence the sales and BU teams to enable MCU business growth.Implement platform & solution selling at the specified OEMs and Tier 1s. Work together with BU and Sales team to support and manage infrastructure for customers design cycle from prototyping to mass production.Developing relevant executive relationship with customer’s R&D management, implement strategic initiatives and driving application discussions with relevant teams inside the organization.Foster strong team culture based on accountability, execution of strategic targets and teamwork.QualificationsJob QualificationsMaster\’s degree in Electrical Engineering, with strong Microcontroller background and related InfrastructureSignificant work experience in OEM and Tier 1 business and related requirements.Minimum 10 years of Semiconductor industry related experience with experience in Product Marketing and (Field) Application Engineering , preferable experience in AutomotiveWilling to travelDemonstrated ability to manage project teams to achieve targets and increase OEM, Tier 1 and Broader Market penetration.Company DescriptionRenesas is seeking a self-driven, motivated, and enthusiastic senior professional to join the Microcontroller Product Marketing Team.
