Vape Category Brand Ambassador (VCBA) – Munich

We are looking for a Vape Category Brand Ambassador in Munich to support the expansion of an international vaping brand in the German market.

Location

Candidates based in Munich or elsewhere in Bavaria will be given priority.

• Base salary: €3,500–€4,500 per month (based on vaping industry experience)
• Performance bonus: up to €2000, based on KPI performance
• Car allowance: up to €650 per month
• Full-time only

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to vape shops, tobacco retailers and other retail points within the assigned territory
• Promote the brand's products and deliver professional product and flavor knowledge to store staff and consumers
• Develop new business opportunities and build long‑term relationships with store owners
• Support product display, merchandising, retail orders and distribution
• Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing and promotions
• Plan and manage daily field activities and visit routes
• Submit regular activity reports and participate in team meetings

Requirements

• Valid authorization to work in Germany
• Valid driving license and own vehicle, with willingness to drive frequently to visit stores
• Fluent German and English
• Experience in field sales, retail or FMCG is required
• Hands‑on experience in the vaping industry is preferred: a background in vape sales or brand promotion, or as a long‑time vape user with strong flavor and product knowledge
• Strong communication skills and a results‑driven mindset
