What You’ll Do
- Own customer success and revenue growth: Continuously improve customer experience, streamlining and improving our processes.
- Onboard customers: Act as a trusted product expert and business partner, empower them to implement Reonic in the most efficient way.
- Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to accelerate adoption, drive usage, and identify market opportunities.
- Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR): Uncover opportunities to expand, renew, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Lead strategic projects: Plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Resilient, driven, and passionate about helping customers realize long-term value — you thrive on a challenge.
- Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for customer facing interactions.
- Experience in high growth start up environment.
- Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering, or top tier business school degree.
- Excellent communication abilities in German and English.
