Your daily area of responsibility: You will work closely with two of our development teams, supporting them in the structured handling of their tasks. Your responsibilities include understanding requirements, clarifying ambiguities, and ensuring that the teams have all the necessary information for implementation. You will help the teams break down requirements into smaller, actionable tasks and ensure these are clearly defined and prioritized. You will ensure a continuous flow is visualized on the boards and work with the teams to eliminate bottlenecks. By tracking the progress of the teams you are responsible for and the individual epics, you will communicate the status and ensure transparency. You will support the teams in the introduction and application of agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban, without losing focus on day-to-day business. By analyzing existing processes and working on their optimization, you will increase the efficiency and self-organization of the teams. You will work with the responsible parties to develop JIRA process structures and help optimize them for a multi-team and multi-project management approach to ensure clear oversight and tracking of tasks. Your competencies: You already have experience working with development teams and possess a good understanding of technical requirements. Ideally, you have a background in software development and experience with PHP development or IoT operations and development. You bring extensive knowledge of Scrum and Kanban (LeSS is desirable) and the ability to effectively integrate agile principles into the teams\‘ daily work. Your deep knowledge of using and customizing JIRA is particularly helpful in complex multi-project and team structures. You are fluent in English; good German skills are desirable. You have the ability to quickly grasp complex requirements and develop clearly structured solutions. You can communicate with both our development teams and stakeholders on an equal footing and are able to convey information clearly and precisely. You are willing to not only support teams but also take responsibility for clarifying requirements and organizing tasks.
