Tasks
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining ongoing client relationships, ensuring a seamless and personalized customer experience throughout.
- Travel to potential clients and conferences around the world, focusing on lead generation.
- Identify potential customers through inbound leads, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Qualify new customers independently and proactively by identifying ideal large enterprises and follower accounts, approaching decision-makers, and developing strategies to win them as customers.
- Prepare offers, contracts, negotiations, and closings independently.
- Collaborate with our CS and Key Account Manager to develop and execute conversion and license renewal strategies, driving scalable growth within existing accounts while maintaining a strong focus on customer centricity.
- Develop B2B SaaS sales standards, from offers and contracts processes to training and Salesforce usage as SSOT.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Implement strategies to increase lead generation.
- Identify relevant partners that help us grow and leverage their experience and network.
- Communicate learnings from customer and partner interactions to our product team, influencing the further development of repath’s SaaS solution.
- Continuously seek improvement and growth potential related to our go-to-market, pricing, lead generation, and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in sales and business development within B2B SaaS, ideally in an Account Executive or similar role, managing the full sales cycle.
- Industry expertise in energy/mobility.
- Experience within start-ups or building sales standards and processes from scratch within a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness, with a passion for dealing with customers.
- A driven hunter mentality – competitive, goal-oriented, and high-energy.
- Ability to listen and understand specific customer needs, ask the right questions, and develop the best approach to meet their requirements.
- Creative and proactive in developing our customer base.
- Utilize all avenues of lead generation and are eager to convert them. Willing to cold call, send LinkedIn messages, or create loom videos to reach out to people at conferences.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable with the unpredictability of growth businesses and adaptable to change.
- Strong communicator with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Honest and willing to provide open feedback for continuous development.
- Mature individual striving for professional and personal growth.
