We\’re looking for a highly ambitious Senior Product Manager to revolutionize climate adaptation and shape a resilient future. You\’ll thrive in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment, balancing strategic thinking, hands-on and cross-functional collaboration to deliver products critical for society. Location: Remote from the EU (Open to work during core hours 10 am to 3 pm German time)

Compensation: 70-85k Base Salary, meaningful equity, benefits

Tasks

• Customer Discovery & Validation: Lead customer discovery, identify critical user needs, pain points, and jobs to be done, turning insights into actionable product opportunities.
• Delivery: Own the product lifecycle from idea to launch, ensuring timely, high-quality product delivery.
• Translate the CEO\’s vision into clear product requirements and sprint plans, effectively balancing speed and excellence.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the key connection point between engineering, climate experts, design, and business teams, aligning priorities and clearly communicating progress.
• Deeply understand the needs of diverse enterprise users, ensuring the product remains intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly for all customer segments.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed of climate risk regulations, industry trends (initially energy, expanding into telco and mobility), and emerging technologies.
• Ensure our product roadmap proactively addresses market needs and opportunities.

Requirements

• 5 years of product management experience in startup environments.
• Proven track record launching and scaling B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with technical or scientific teams to deliver data-driven impactful products.
• Excellent communicator, skilled at aligning cross-functional teams and clearly articulating product decisions and trade-offs.
• Passion for climate resilience and sustainability.
• Strong ability to quickly adapt, manage ambiguity, and deliver results in fast-paced startup settings.
