Задачи:
The focus of your role is expanding and maintaining our university partnerships: You actively build relationships with universities and higher education institutions and serve as a key contact for our partners. You plan, coordinate, and support events at universities, such as hackathons, workshops, or career fairs, and enthusiastically represent Reply on site. You independently deliver your own event formats: From concept to implementation, you organize events in our office to inspire students to join Reply. Direct interaction with students motivates you—you identify potential early and support talent on their path into working life. As the primary contact, you ensure a positive candidate experience and guide applicants through the entire recruitment process. In interviews, both in person and virtual, you identify suitable IT talent for Reply. Alongside traditional recruitment channels, you actively use innovative approaches such as active sourcing (e.g., via LinkedIn) to connect with your target audience. After your onboarding, you will take responsibility for supporting our subsidiaries in forward-looking areas such as GenAI, IoT, IT security, and cloud computing. Support with creating and maintaining Excel-based reports to analyze and manage our recruiting activities.
Требования:
You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable field of study. Thanks to your initial practical experience in IT recruiting or talent sourcing, you already have a very good understanding of the target audience and know which trends, such as AI-powered recruiting, are changing our work. With your excellent communication skills and enthusiasm, you can attract the best IT talent to Reply. Team spirit and willingness to learn—you are not a lone fighter, but want to grow together with a strong team. A hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills—you contribute ideas and implement them independently. A proactive, structured approach to work and enjoyment of managing several topics in parallel. As we operate in an international environment, fluent German and English skills are very important to us.
