Your role We are looking for an experienced commercial growth professional who will take ownership of REPS’ commercial expansion. You will build and drive key growth activities from market prioritisation and customer outreach to strategic account development and stakeholder management. This is not a transactional sales role. It is about opening complex markets, building long‑term customer relationships, and turning breakthrough technology into commercial success. In short: you will help turn technological potential into commercial growth.
Build, own, and execute REPS’ commercial growth activities, from market prioritisation to customer acquisition and long‑term account development
Identify and prioritise target markets, customer segments, and strategic accounts
Develop structured account strategies, including stakeholder mapping, customer needs, and next steps
Approach and qualify potential customers in ports, logistics, energy, infrastructure, mobility, industry, and the public sector
Manage the sales pipeline and operate the sales stack from first contact to pilot discussion, proposal, and follow‑up
Conduct market, customer, and competitor analyses to support REPS’ growth strategy
Build scalable sales processes, CRM structures, and reporting routines
Represent REPS across stakeholders and key accounts
Your profile
Proven experience in B2B sales, key account management, business development, or strategic sales
Proven track record in building and closing complex customer relationships or strategic accounts
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to align different interests and bring decision‑makers, technical teams, and business stakeholders toward a common goal
Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions to deeply understand customer needs, decision logic, and buying processes
Ability to position technical or complex products in a clear, convincing, and commercially relevant way
Structured and independent working style with strong execution skills and a clear results‑driven mindset
Confident presence in presentations, customer meetings, and negotiations
Hands‑on ownership mindset with the ability to take responsibility and drive opportunities from first contact to concrete next steps
Native‑level German and fluent English skills for daily communication with customers, partners, and the internal team

Proven track record of closing B2B deals, ideally in complex or high‑value sales environments
Background in B2B sales, ideally with experience in energy, infrastructure, mobility, or industrial solutions
