RequireTech Resources is looking of a Senior Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer for one of its leading Semiconductor clients in Dresden, Germany.
What they are looking for:
- Experience in analog thinking, simulation, and robust IC development in the field of microelectronics with a focus on analog and mixed-signal design
- Enjoyment of solving challenging problems in analog and analog/digital circuit design, as well as simulating circuits
- A degree in electrical engineering (Diploma Ingenieur or Master’s) or equivalent, with a focus on analog/mixed-signal IC design
- Solid experience with BCD technologies at feature sizes of 350 nm, 180 nm, 90 nm, or smaller.
You are interested in the following tasks:
- Developing innovative circuit and system concepts for sophisticated high-voltage and mixed-signal ICs from the initial idea through simulation and review to commissioning.
- Analog/mixed-signal IC circuit development using modern high-voltage and fine line CMOS technologies
- Modeling and simulation of circuits and systems
