Construction Site Manager Building M/F
Your tasks
- Prepare, organise and monitor the construction sites - Supervise and coordinate the teams on site - Plan the work and ensure deadlines are met - Control the quality of the work carried out - Ensure compliance with safety standards and current procedures - Manage the supply of materials - Be the main contact for the works supervisor and the various stakeholders - Ensure the smooth running of operations until the handover of the works
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager - 10 years of experience or more highly appreciated - Experience in Switzerland mandatory - Proven experience in structural work and/or finishing work - Excellent knowledge of Swiss construction standards and current safety regulations - Excellent organisational, coordination and management skills - Leadership, autonomy and sense of responsibility
