Your duties
Manage your station independently Prepare, cook and plate dishes according to the establishment's standards Ensure mise en place before each service Guarantee the quality, consistency and presentation of the plates Comply with HACCP hygiene standards and food safety rules Participate in the good organisation of the kitchen and teamwork
Your profile
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie Experience in Switzerland required Excellent mastery of culinary techniques Good knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards Organised, autonomous and rigorous Ability to work under pressure and in a team
