Team Leader at 70%, Curatorship Service

For our Official Curatorship Servicebr/br/(SOC), br/br/in Estavayer-le-Lac and Domdidier, we are looking for a Team Leaderbr/br/At 70% Desired Profile Bachelor’s degree in social work or an equivalent qualification with additional training in team and/or project management or willing to complete it quickly Proven professional experience in the field of curatorship and initial experience in team supervision and/or project management would be an asset Organisational rigourbr/br/and attention to detail : you enjoy structuring activities and ensuring process security.

Autonomy : you manage routine and complex daily situations independently and report concisely and solution-oriented to your hierarchy Unifying leadership : you mobilise your team around clear objectives and develop their professional responsibility Excellent knowledge of the Fribourg social network Mission Operational pillar of the service, you ensure close management, organisational and operational steering of the SOC.

As guarantor of quality, compliance and supervision in the management of curatorship mandates, you develop the autonomy and skills of your team (20 employees).

Main Responsibilities Close management autonomy : You supervise professional curators and administrative and accounting staff by fostering a climate of trust.

You support them in analysing both ordinary and complex situations.

You are the first point of contact for resolving daily operational issues.

Quality and compliance assurance : You ensure strict compliance with legal, judicial and institutional frameworks and conduct regular quality control of practices and files.

Operational management and reporting : You organise the service’s activities to ensure efficiency and manage continuous improvement of processes and professional practices.

You analyse activity indicators and report essential information to the Management, accompanied by solutions regarding strategic challenges and/or identified risks.

Coordination and Networking : You lead meetings and ensure smooth communication between your team, Management, judicial authorities and partners in the Fribourg social and health network. br/br/jid4a51b7baen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
