To support and continuously improve our team in Bremen, we are looking for a Part-Time Assistant (m/f/d) for 25 hours .

Your typical workday includes

• Supporting executives and teams
• Organizing conferences and travel
• Email and appointment management
• General administrative tasks
• Purchasing office supplies
• Managing meetings, taking minutes, and preparing reports
• Acting as a liaison between departments

We expect from you, in addition to initial professional experience

• A successfully completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience
• A high standard of quality combined with healthy pragmatism
• Excellent German skills
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
