Junior Project Coordinator in München

We're building a delivery team in Germany for clients who run their operations there, and the first person on it is a Junior Project Coordinator.

You look after the plans, meetings and records of our system change projects, from the agreed brief to handover.

Full-time, remote anywhere in Germany; Chicago is seven hours behind, so the odd call lands late in your afternoon.

• Five things you'll do
• Keep project plans current: tasks, owners, dates, dependencies
• Set up working sessions with client teams and send round the agreed actions
• Track open questions, risks and decisions in the project log
• Chase access, documents and test data from clients
• Assemble handover packs (runbooks, test results, open items)
• Three things we need
• A degree or commercial training in business, information systems or similar
• First experience in project work or office coordination, an internship is enough
• Microsoft 365, including Excel lists with filters and Teams
