- Recruit, screen, enroll, and support participants in clinical studies in collaboration with investigators.
- Plan, coordinate, conduct, and document clinical study visits according to approved protocols.
- Perform clinical procedures such as blood collection, ECG recording, vital‑sign monitoring, and sample processing within professional scope.
- Collect, enter, verify, and maintain accurate clinical trial data in research databases and eCRFs.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP requirements, SOPs, ethical approvals, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare and maintain study documentation, participant records, and essential trial files.
- Coordinate study activities with principal investigators, sponsors, contract research organizations (CROs), monitors, laboratories, and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage study-related samples, laboratory materials, and investigational medicinal products according to study protocols and applicable procedures.
- Report adverse events, serious adverse events, protocol deviations, and other relevant findings according to established requirements.
- Support study start‑up, including preparation of documentation, ethics submissions, and coordination with sponsors.
- Assist with monitoring visits, audits, inspections, and study close‑out activities.
- Maintain participant confidentiality and promote patient safety throughout the research process.
Requirements
- Min 2 years of Experience as a Clinical Nurse or Nurse
- Fluent in German and English
