Job Scope

• Providing corporate legal advice to international corporate clients
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various international agreements and legal documents and legal opinions
• Developing contract templates
• Comprehensive advice and support for our client’s legal issues
• Legal research and analysis of legislative developments
• Researching and drafting publications
• Working in transnational teams
• Assisting with international arbitration matters

Qualifications

• Ability to work quickly and independently with attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a common law jurisdiction a plus, but not required
