Prepare components for restaurant service, room service and special events. Ensure sufficient mise en place is available before and during service. Coordinate with other kitchen sections. Maintain smooth workflow and communication within the kitchen brigade. Guide and support Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs assigned to the section. Monitor quality, timing, and presentation during service. Ensure products are replenished efficiently. Communicate with Sous Chef and kitchen brigade regarding service requirements. Comply with all HACCP regulations and food safety standards. Monitor and record temperatures were required. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and date marking of all products. Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages promptly. Assist with inventory counts and stock control procedures. Clean cooking equipment, utensils, and preparation areas after use. Ensure compliance with daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Monitor cleanliness standards within the section.
