What you will achieve
- Organisation of the assigned station - Preparation of the daily mise en place - Preparation and service of meals and desserts at midday and in the evening - Cleaning and control tasks as well as workplace safety within the HACCP / KOPAS concept - Assist the chef in planning and adhering to quality and safety standards - Help with orders, receipt and storage of goods
What you bring
- Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) - Specialisation: CFC cook - Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a similar position in gastronomy - Help with orders, receipt and storage of goods - A service-oriented and communicative personality - You are customer-oriented and have a neat appearance - French (B1) - Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
