Position and Responsibilities The certified cook will be responsible for the following tasks: Preparing dishes in accordance with the restaurant's standards. Adhering to hygiene and food safety standards. Managing stock and ordering fresh products. Supervising and coordinating kitchen activities. Training and supervising kitchen staff members. Working closely with the chef to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes.
Required Skills The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: Certified cook diploma or equivalent experience. Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and hygiene standards.
