Legal Counsel (m/f/d)
Your Key Responsibilities
A functioning circular economy requires that all products and materials find their way back after use. Reverse Logistics Group specializes in creating efficient and comprehensive solutions for this purpose. As part of the Reconomy Group, with more than 30 companies across four continents, we are one of the leading providers of centrally managed return systems for all types of products.
To strengthen our central Legal Team at our headquarters in Dornach near Munich , we are currently looking for a Legal Counsel / Corporate Lawyer (m/f/d) to join us full-time as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and advice to our global group companies and specialist departments from our headquarters in Dornach, with a focus on commercial and contract law in the circular economy sector.
• Develop clear legal recommendations for decision-makers within our company.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including purchase agreements, customer contracts (especially Master Services Agreements and NDAs), and M&A documents.
• Play a key role in implementing and managing company-wide LegalTech applications, considering jurisdiction-specific requirements, corporate culture, risk landscape, and organizational structure.
• Create, revise, and maintain policies, contract templates, contract modules, and standard documents.
• Work in interdisciplinary and international project teams.
• Coordinate collaboration with external legal advisors.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed law degree (First and Second German State Examination).
• Several years of professional experience in a law firm or the legal department of a company, specializing in commercial and contract law as well as corporate compliance.
• Initial experience in data protection law is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of complex economic interrelationships with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on mentality, commitment, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a sense of responsibility.
• Passion for implementing recycling, sustainability, and environmental protection initiatives.
• Proficiency in common MS Office applications.
• Fluent German and English skills are required; additional languages are a plus.
