About the role
The credit department at Revolut is anything but ordinary. They design, develop, and launch credit products across the globe. The team manages our products from day one to the end — developing the back and front-end, the data science infrastructure, and then creating a local setup in each country with scalable risk management, and portfolio management solutions. It’s a big job, but our people are a credit to us all.
We’re looking for a Head of Equipment Financing to drive the launch of the business within Revolut. The role would fit very well with an accomplished professional with extensive experience in vehicle leasing or other equipment financing at a top-rated financial institution who has ambition to lead a team and establish the unit from scratch.

What you’ll be doing
- Setting up the vision for the Equipment financing business from scratch
- Creating and owning the entire strategy, including where we operate, what areas we focus on, how we sell, how we stand out, etc.
- Attracting, hiring, motivating, and developing an Equipment Financing team
- Establishing all processes, procedures, and governance required to run the business
- Running the day to day activities of the business and being accountable for the financial results
- Establishing reliable and reputable third-party partnerships
What you’ll need
- 8+ years of experience in Equipment Financing in a bank or financial institution
- Deep knowledge of and relationships in the EU mid-sized equipment financing industry
- Great interpersonal and negotiation skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- A detail-oriented, analytical mindset
- The ability to lead a team and build partnerships with other functions
- To be comfortable with and enjoy taking ownership
- A passion for building new processes and challenging the status quo
