From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.We're looking for a Regulatory Legal Counsel to advise on compliance and legal issues around our financial products.What you'll be doingAdvising on legal issues surrounding the structuring of new and existing financial productsDrafting customer-facing legal documents for these productsContributing to product and commercial teams, helping them design and deliver solutions that are compliant with Swiss legislationManaging regulatory expectations, requirements, and applicationsEngaging and working with local regulatorsHandling significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround timesWhat you'll need4+ years of PQE as a lawyer in Switzerland, either in-house or at a private practiceTo be registered with the Swiss Bar, or in the process of taking the Bar examExcellent academic and law firm credentialsExperience advising on financial regulationsExpertise in relevant financial regulations and advising clients on banking regulations, AML regulations, and corporate lawConfidence making decisions where there's ambiguity or incomplete informationExceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsFluency in EnglishFluency in French or GermanBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
