Задачи

• Design complex internal platforms and tools for global operations, support, compliance, and AI workflows
• Architect large-scale systems by mapping end-to-end behaviours, states, interactions, multi-step processes, and edge cases
• Build scalable UI/UX patterns while balancing speed, usability, and technical constraints in internal tools
• Turn ambiguous, fragmented, or highly technical requirements into clear product logic and usable interfaces
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations Managers to unify product logic
• Identify bottlenecks in internal processes and redesign them for scale and performance

Требования

• 3+ Years of experience designing world-class products in-house, ideally internal tools or platform experiences
• Portfolio featuring examples of complex product or systems design work
• Impressive design skills across web platforms
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions
• Solid understanding of technical implications in design decisions, including backend-driven workflows
• Ability to take ownership of design processes
• Focus on UX and understanding of operational user behaviour
• Comfortable designing data-heavy interfaces, including complex states, tables, and dense workflows
• Knowledge of typography and grids
• Nice to have: a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related technical field, programming skills and ability to code simple prototypes, expertise in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems, experience in a fast-paced startup environment, familiarity with Android and iOS
