About The Role The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term. We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to empower the business through sound regulatory and strategic legal advice. You\'ll manage and support a wide range of trading and related product features, as well as providing day-to-day pragmatic legal advice to key stakeholders as a business partner. What You\'ll Be Doing Conducting legal assessments, preparing customer-facing documents, and providing ongoing support Advising the business on complex legal and regulatory issues surrounding products and services, marketing, and promotion of investment products Researching a range of complex legal and regulatory questions, and providing legal analyses and recommendations to support business initiatives and decisions Advising on resolution of customer complaints and disputes Partnering with our commercial Legal Counsels in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating regulatory parts of agreements and legal documents Drafting, planning, and implementing compliance policies and procedures for regulatory matters Identifying, assessing, monitoring, managing, and reporting on operational, legal, regulatory, and compliance risks What You\'ll Need A master\'s degree or equivalent in law, with excellent academic and law firm credentials 10+ years of experience in wealth and trading (investment services, financial markets, and/or asset management), including retail coverage Experience as a private-practise lawyer at a top law firm Expertise in advising on Financial Services Act (FinSA) and Financial Institutions Act (FinIA) implementation, Anti Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and Banking Act (BA) Knowledge of outsourcing and Swiss bank-client confidentiality requirements A business-oriented mindset to find actionable solutions to legal and regulatory challenges Ownership skills and the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations A good understanding of financial markets and complex financial instruments Exceptional project management and communication skills, including the ability to oversee implementation of complex projects Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolutions Fluency in English Fluency in French or German Nice to have In-house experience An interest in financial markets with broad-based securities and/or asset management experience Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
