The Outsourcing team is responsible for managing and overseeing outsourcing risks and other third‑party arrangements, including regulatory obligations, operational resilience, and exit strategies. We’re looking for an Outsourcing Manager to collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to manage ongoing supplier and intra‑group relationships, ensuring proper documentation and regulatory reporting deliverables related to third‑party management. What You’ll Be Doing
Managing third‑party risk activities, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing vendor monitoring, and performance management. Implementing end‑to‑end policies and operating models for third‑party and supply chain risk management. Overseeing internal governance processes for outsourcing approvals. Providing clear guidance for staff on third‑party risk management procedures and ongoing accountability. Ensuring Swiss regulatory compliance. Preparing regular reports to senior management on the status of outsourcing activities, related risks, compliance, and SLAs. Monitoring changes to existing agreements and general vendor lifecycle management. What You’ll Need
Fluency in English (C2 level). Fluency in German (B2 level). 3+ years of experience in a role involving supply chain management, outsourcing, or third‑party risk management, with some experience in the Swiss market. Excellent understanding of Swiss outsourcing and business resilience regulations in finance or other regulated environments. Proven ability to develop service management frameworks and conduct ongoing outsourcing risk assessments. 2:1 bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as STEM, finance, business administration, or economics. Experience measuring the performance of outsourcing parties. Nice to Have
A risk management qualification. Executive and board‑level interaction experience. Established relationships with key industry stakeholders. Background in financial services.
