From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Let's get in touch. /p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 ul liProducing and reviewing branch regulatory reports, including statistical returns and other local regulatory requirements prior to submission /li liSupporting branch activity, defining and implementing the process for submitting regulatory reports /li liAssessing, developing, and maintaining proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approaches for reporting areas (automated and manual) /li liCommunicating issues with appropriate data owners /li liMonitoring and tracking issues to ensure timely and appropriate resolutions /li liStaying current on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assessing impact, and ensuring compliance for accurate reporting /li liWorking closely with the Accounting team to ensure financial reporting and decision support is consistent in regulatory applications /li liEnsuring a close relationship with the Central Bank, and responding to any queries /li /ul h3What You'll Need /h3 ul liFluency in German (B2+ level) /li li5+ years of experience in a regulatory reporting function for a bank or similar regulated entity, or as a consultant/auditor in a Big 4 (or similar environment) in financial services /li li3+ years in the Swiss regulatory environment, reporting to FINMA /li liExcellent analytical and numerical skills /li liThe ability to make sense of regulations and develop processes and frameworks to compile new reports and enhance existing ones /li liTo be highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills /li liThe ability to relate to local cultural aspects while working in a highly diverse, international environment /li liGreat organisational skills to help plan and deliver to tight deadlines /li liImpeccable attention to detail /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liImpressive SQL/data analysis skills /li liProficiency in regulatory reporting standard software (Adenza, Axiom, Regnology) /li liKnowledge of software or IT platform change initiatives /li liExpertise with IFRS accounting standards and Swiss GAAP /li /ul pBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
