The Opportunity: The Associate Director Marketing, Austria is the strategic leadership role for the Oncology portfolio, responsible for the integrated management of product launches, brand and omnichannel strategy across the entire Customer Engagement System. The incumbent ensures that strategic objectives are translated into effective, data-driven and customer-centric initiatives, serving as the connecting function across Field Force, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Omnichannel Management, and other Customer-Facing functions. The Associate Director Marketing, Austria will be orchestrating performance, strategic direction, continued development and cross-functional collaboration. A key element of the role is close and continuous alignment with the European Marketing and Omnichannel organization, ensuring that global and European strategies are consistently translated into locally relevant and market-oriented execution. Furthermore, the consistent alignment and collaboration with Medical Affairs, Strategic Planning and Operations and all other relevant functions is crucial for success.
