ppRevolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS‑addicted cancers. The company’s RD pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pRevolution Medicines is seeking an experienced and business‑oriented Senior Attorney to support our European Commercial Organisation’s rapid build‑out and scale‑up to the European Launch of Daraxonrasib and beyond. This highly strategic leadership position will focus on managing and leading local attorneys in five key markets, forming a Business Partnering relationship with the in‑market GMs and the regional head, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, with particular emphasis initially on Market Access, Early Access Programmes and Launch Readiness. /p pThe critical role will also support commercialization readiness for initial European and other product launches, including review of promotional, medical education and disease awareness materials in accordance with applicable EU and national laws, EMA guidance, EFPIA and national industry codes and internal policies as well as general support across the European Legal team as business needs evolve. /p pThe ideal candidate will bring excellent leadership, commercial contracting, launch preparation and market access experience within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or life sciences industry and demonstrate sound judgment, pragmatism and the ability to operate effectively and at times independently in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. /p pThis is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in bringing an innovative oncology medicine to patients across Europe. You will join a growing, mission‑driven biotechnology company at a defining stage in its evolution, partnering with exceptional colleagues and helping build the legal foundations for long‑term commercial success. /p pAs a key senior member of the European Legal Team, you will have significant visibility, influence and the opportunity to shape both the European legal function and the company’s launch strategy during a transformational period of growth. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pEuropean Launch Readiness /p ul liLead legal support for European launch readiness activities for the company's first oncology product. /li liDevelop and execute the European legal launch strategy in partnership with cross‑functional leadership. /li liIdentify legal risks that may impact launch timelines and develop pragmatic mitigation strategies. /li liSupport launch governance and serve as a senior legal representative on European launch teams. /li liCoordinate legal support across headquarters, regional and local teams to ensure consistent execution. /li /ul pCommercialisation /p ul liAct as a key commercial legal adviser to the European Commercial organisation. /li liProvide strategic legal advice on commercial operations, promotional activities and product commercialisation. /li liAdvise on customer engagement, contracting strategies, and commercial initiatives. /li liReview and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including services, procurement, collaboration and strategic partnership agreements. /li liEnsure commercial activities comply with applicable European and local legal requirements. /li /ul pMarket Access Pricing /p ul liProvide legal support for European and country‑level market access strategies. /li liAdvise on pricing, reimbursement, tendering, payer engagement and health technology assessment activities. /li liCounsel business stakeholders on competition law, interactions with government bodies and applicable healthcare regulations. /li liSupport innovative access models and commercial arrangements while balancing legal and business considerations. /li /ul pLeadership Team Management /p ul liLead, develop and mentor a team of five local market attorneys across major European markets. /li liEstablish clear priorities, objectives and development plans for team members. /li liPromote consistency in legal advice while recognising local legal and commercial requirements. /li liFoster collaboration across regional and local legal teams and build a culture of accountability, excellence and inclusion. /liliSupport talent development, succession planning and organisational growth within the European Legal function. /li /ul pStrategic Business Partnership /p ul liServe as a trusted adviser to senior European leadership. /li liCollaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Compliance, Pharmacovigilance, Government Affairs, Market Access and Commercial Excellence teams. /li liBalance legal risk with commercial objectives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. /li liContribute to broader European Legal strategy and operational excellence initiatives. /li liSupport future product launches and portfolio expansion across Europe. /li /ul h3Required Skills, Experience and Education /h3 ul li15 year+ qualified lawyer with the right to practise in a European jurisdiction. /li liSignificant post‑qualification legal experience, including substantial experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. /li liDemonstrated success supporting multiple European and UK product launches, ideally including first‑in‑Europe/UK launches. /li liDeep expertise in European pharmaceutical commercialisation, launch readiness and market access. /li liStrong knowledge of European pharmaceutical laws, healthcare regulations, competition law and industry codes. /li liExperience leading geographically dispersed legal teams. /liliProven ability to influence senior executives and operate effectively within complex matrix organisations. /li liExcellent commercial judgement with a pragmatic, solutions‑oriented approach. /li liOutstanding communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. /li liFluent English; additional European languages are advantageous. /li liWillingness to travel across Europe as required. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liExperience within oncology or specialty pharmaceuticals. /li liExperience in an early‑stage or high‑growth biotechnology company. /li liFamiliarity with pricing and reimbursement frameworks across major European markets. /li liExperience building legal processes and capabilities in a rapidly scaling organisation. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
