IT System Administrator Microsoft Dynamics (m/f/d)
Responsibilities and tasks of the position:
As an IT System Administrator, you will provide comprehensive support to our team at Rexim and, if required, at Scandinavian Park in all IT-related matters. You will ensure that day-to-day business runs smoothly by solving problems and ensuring the operation of our hardware and software. You will work closely with the IT Manager and other colleagues and provide mutual support. After a comprehensive induction, you can gradually take on the following tasks and responsibilities:
- User support for all IT-related questions and solving user problems in day-to-day operations
- Support and further development of our ERP/merchandise management system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including user support for questions and problems
- Participation in the administration, monitoring, further development and maintenance of the company\’s IT systems (hardware and software)
- Collaboration and, if necessary, management of IT and digitization projects for the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure
- Creation and maintenance of documentation
- Working closely with the Head of IT and standing in for him/her in his/her absence; with good performance, it is possible to take on the role of Deputy Head of IT in the future
What you bring with you:
Professional requirements:
- You are more of a generalist than a specialist in the IT field
- You have several years of professional experience in on-site IT support, e.g. as an IT system administrator, IT systems engineer, IT administrator, network administrator, network service technician, IT customer advisor, application system administrator or similar
- You have experience with user support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable system
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office and are confident in working with Windows operating systems
- You have knowledge of network and server administration
- Your German language skills are at least at C1 level

- You have the ability to recognize and solve complex technical problems
- You communicate openly and clearly with a good information behavior, work effectively with internal users and external partners and can communicate complex technical topics to non-experts
