- Act as a trusted sparring partner to the Divisional CEO, supporting strategic decision-making, executive governance and the execution of key business priorities.
- Take ownership of strategic and cross-functional projects, driving initiatives from conceptualization through implementation while ensuring measurable business impact.
- Conduct in-depth financial, commercial and operational analyses, including P&L assessments, customer profitability evaluations, business cases and investment opportunities.
- Support strategic growth, business transformation and operational excellence initiatives, including the advancement of digitalization, data analytics and AI.
- Prepare high-quality executive presentations, decision papers and strategic recommendations, translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with senior executives, country management and Group functions to align stakeholders, drive accountability and ensure effective implementation of strategic decisions.
