Overview
In this role, you lead quality, compliance, and governance for Life Science & Healthcare logistics in Germany. You will work with cross-functional and regulatory stakeholders to maintain GDP/GxP adherence and drive continuous improvement. You’ll oversee audits, CAPA, and improvement initiatives to sustain high-quality operations. You will provide transparent KPI reporting and act as a catalyst for collaboration, accountability, and change. This is a chance to shape regulated operations at scale and impact patient- and customer-facing outcomes.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Ensure compliance with GDP, GxP, quality, and regulatory requirements across operations
- Maintain effective governance frameworks and continuous quality improvements
- Coordinate audits, certifications, and implementation of improvement measures with stakeholders
- Oversee CAPA processes to ensure timely and sustainable corrective actions
- Establish transparent reporting and governance mechanisms for quality, compliance, and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal, customer, and regulatory stakeholders to align on improvements
- Foster an environment of quality, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related)
- Significant experience in Life Science & Healthcare logistics or a regulated environment
- Proven operational leadership experience with strong understanding of GDP, GxP, quality systems, and compliance
- Experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional, international collaboration
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives, drive organizational change, and deliver sustainable improvements
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous
