Acquire
new customers (C level and above)
to generate GP and shipment volumes. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence. Account Development
Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customers with a focus on long‑term value. Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities across air and ocean services. Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers. Customer Strategy & Segmentation
Focus on acquiring and developing
C, B, and A‑level customers . Support the transition of smaller (D‑level) customers to inside sales where appropriate. Contribute to account planning and segmentation strategies. Sales Process & Tools
Use CRM systems to manage pipeline, track opportunities, and ensure accurate forecasting. Maintain high‑quality data and reporting standards. Cross‑functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored logistics solutions. Ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
