Our team acts as an internal consultancy and steers the financial impact of RHI Magnesita's global transformation journeys - combining business acumen, analytical rigor, and modern AI-first ways of working. We are looking for applications from Finance and Business professionals with expertise in either of two focus areas. Depending on your background and strengths, your role will concentrate on one of the following value domains: Commercial Levers: pricing and margin management, market share gains, commercial process excellence, and cash / working-capital optimization Operational Levers: production cost and productivity improvements, energy and raw-material efficiency, and inventory and CAPEX optimization Location & Contract

Translating strategic initiatives into value levers with quantified benefits, clear ownership, and timelines Consolidating validated levers into the group wide value case and tracking realization together with program and regional controllers Building and reviewing robust financial models that link business measures to P&L, cash flow, and working capital impacts Partnering closely with business leaders and cross functional teams to challenge assumptions and stimulate value-oriented decisions Using AI tools and data analysis to accelerate insights and support our AI-first working model Your profile
University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, business partnering, operations, sales or management consulting in an international industrial environment Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow and value generation drivers, with advanced financial modelling skills Proven ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders constructively in complex, cross-functional settings Analytical, structured and hands-on mindset with curiosity for AI, digital tools, and data-driven value creation Languages: English – fluent, other European languages will be considered an asset Nice to have: Experience in cross-functional integration within complex SAP landscapes; prior involvement in global rollout or large-scale Finance technology projects Our offer
The annual gross salary for this full-time position is €85,000.00, with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values. Flexibility
