Your position As Project Manager within our Digital Transformation team, you will play a key role in one of RHI Magnesita's most strategic transformation initiatives: the global rollout of a new ERP system.

Acting as a link between regional implementation teams and global program leadership, you will drive transparency across multiple project streams, identify risks, challenge assumptions and support informed decision-making at executive level.
By sharing best practices and creating synergies across regions, you will contribute to the successful implementation of our global ERP template while building a broad network across our international organization.
Working in a fast-paced international environment, this role requires flexibility and the ability to collaborate across different time zones and stakeholder groups.
Your tasks
Coordinating and monitoring ERP rollout activities across multiple regions
Consolidating project information from regional teams into executive-level reports and presentations
Identifying risks, dependencies and roadblocks while supporting regions in defining mitigation measures
Preparing steering committee and board-level reporting materials for strategic decision-making
Facilitating workshops and discussions with business stakeholders, technical experts and external partners
Driving transparency, governance and alignment across global and regional project teams
Your profile
Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or a related field
Several years of experience in project management, PMO or transformation roles within complex international environments
Proven experience in stakeholder management and executive reporting
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for reporting, analysis and decision-making support
Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
Languages English – fluent; any other languages are considered an asset
Nice to have Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation programs; understanding of business processes within supply chain, operations, finance or commercial functions; experience with automation and reporting improvements.
Our offer The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at €80,000.00, with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
