To join the Geneva Trust team, Rhone is looking for a: TRUST MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION The Trust Manager will be responsible for managing and administering a portfolio of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
Collaborating with the existing team, you will ensure the highest standards of client service while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and administer a portfolio of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions Act as the principal point of contact for clients, overseeing trust and fiduciary structures, succession planning matters, and wealth preservation arrangements while ensuring they remain aligned with clients' individual needs, family dynamics, and objectives.
Collaborate with legal, tax, and investment professionals to deliver integrated solutions. clients.
Identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships and actively participate in business development initiatives.
Review trust accounts, financial statements, and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Stay informed of global trends in trust and estate planning, and adapt strategies to changing legal and financial environments.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all data protection and privacy standards.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or professional qualification (e. g., TEP, CPA, CFA) is preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Trust Administration, with experience in the management of trusts, handling international clients and complex trust structures.
Good working knowledge of trust and estate planning principles, international tax regulations, and fiduciary responsibilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with high-net-worth clients and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
