/b /p pbKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /b /p pbStrategic Leadership Vision: /b /p ul liDevelop and articulate comprehensive data and analytics vision and strategy aligned with the overall business objectives, fast evolving sustainability regulations context and digital transformation initiatives. /li liIdentify, design and prioritize key business questions that can be answered through data analysis, driving value creation. /li liChampion a data-driven culture across the organization, promoting data literacy and the use of analytics for decision-making. /li liStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science, machine learning, and business intelligence. /li liAct as a strategic advisor to Responsible and Strategic Procurement Leadership, utilizing data-driven insights to identify cost-savings opportunities, mitigate supply chain risks, and drive value creation. /li /ul pbData Management Governance: /b /p ul liEstablish and enforce robust data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, security, privacy, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, Non Financial Report,...). /li liOversee the architecture, design, and implementation of data platforms and in-house applications, data warehouses, and other data infrastructure. /li liManage data acquisition, integration, storage, and accessibility across various systems and sources. /li liEnsure data lineage, metadata management, and master data management (MDM) practices are in place. /li /ul pbAnalytics Insights Generation: /b /p ul liPioneer and lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems. /li liOversee the creation of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels. /li liDesign and deliver Maisons’ facing reporting frameworks, adapting outputs to varied maturity levels across 20+ Maisons and Regions /li liCollaborate with the department Experts to understand their analytical needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable impact /li liPropose innovative solutions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of analytics processes. /li liApply data science methodologies to analyse spend and buying patterns, drive cost savings, mitigate supply and continuity risks, and ensure contract and policy compliance. /li /ul pbStakeholder Engagement Communication: /b /p ul liPartner closely with Group Data Office teams to operationalise Analytics and AI solutions end-to-end, ensuring they are production-ready, scalable and fully integrated into user experience. /li liAct as a primary liaison between the data and analytics team, Category Managers, Responsible Sourcing leads, Maisons and Regions and department Experts/internal stakeholders /li liEffectively communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences, including senior leadership. /li liDevelop compelling visualisations and data-driven narratives to communicate insights effectively to operational and executive audiences. /li liBuild strong relationships with internal and external partners to leverage data capabilities. /li /ul pbTeam Management Development: /b /p ul liManage and develop a team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team environment. /li liProvide technical guidance and thought leadership to the team. /li liActively upskill the team in advanced analytical methodologies, data storytelling, and the application of next generation AI tools in Procurement. /li liCommunicate project status, risks and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders /li /ul pbHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
