Overview
In this role you will strengthen HR Operations Process Excellence across the Group. You will translate strategic HR direction into practical workflows, drive diagnostics and continuous improvement, and standardize processes to boost efficiency and scalability. You’ll partner with group HR leads and regional teams to implement the HR operating model changes and foster a collaborative, data-driven culture. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Conductor of process diagnostics, mapping and mining to spot inefficiencies and opportunities
- Define and maintain the operational performance framework using KPIs to guide improvements
- Translate insights into pragmatic recommendations to improve service delivery
- Lead cross-group process optimization, standardization, and alignment with regulatory requirements
- Own and prioritize the HR Operations improvement backlog with Product Owners and Group Leads
- Define and maintain process standards, documentation, and operational guidance
- Foster global HR Operations community engagement and knowledge sharing; communicate roadmaps
- Identify automation and AI opportunities; define requirements and support implementation
- Promote practical AI applications to simplify processes and reduce manual effort
- Monitor automation opportunities and propose actionable implementations
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years in HR Operations, Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement or HR Technology within a complex global organisation
- Strong experience in analyzing, simplifying and improving operational processes
- Proven ability to apply process improvement methodologies and data-driven problem solving
- Ability to translate analysis into pragmatic, scalable, and sustainable solutions
- Solid understanding of HR operating models, process ownership and service delivery environments
- Experience with automation and AI-enabled process improvement is advantageous
- Experience with enterprise HR platforms, preferably Workday, is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across Functions, Regions and HR teams
- Fluent English; knowledge of French is a plus
