Overview
In this role, you will uphold accurate diamonds and coloured gemstones sourcing data to support responsible sourcing across Richemont’s Maisons. You’ll maintain the supply chain database, track KPIs, and ensure due diligence and data security. You will collaborate across teams to define and monitor KPI programs, coordinate audits, and contribute to ESG reporting. The position offers a chance to influence governance of provenance in a globally renowned luxury group and to work on data-driven projects that foster transparency and trust.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Maintain and enhance the diamonds and coloured gemstones supply chain database and KPIs
- Manage due diligence information and audit follow-ups
- Define and track Responsible Sourcing KPI programs and participate in their development
- Coordinate supplier naturality and traceability audits; prepare and execute audit campaigns
- Provide regular status updates and escalate issues; support committees and working groups
- Contribute to Group ESG reporting and emissions-related topics
- Support transversal tasks and cross-functional collaboration within the team
- Animate the Group Diamonds & Coloured gemstones community and prepare committee materials
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- 2–4 years in Procurement or Sustainability with a focus on Responsible Sourcing
- Experience in precious materials is a plus
- Fluency in French and English
- Data-driven, with strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
