Group International Mobility Manager in Geneva

Overview As Group International Mobility Manager, you will lead the end-to-end international assignment lifecycle for a global mobility program within a luxury group. You’ll translate strategic mobility frameworks into efficient, compliant processes and partner with HR, legal, and tax to manage risks. The role emphasizes governance, vendor management, and data-driven insights to improve the assignee experience and deliver scalable mobility solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure policy application, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in mobility delivery. Verantwortungsbereiche Own end-to-end delivery of international mobility assignments (long-term and short-term) with accurate, timely execution Provide expert guidance on mobility policies, benefits, and processes to assignees, families, and stakeholders Serve as primary point of contact for business stakeholders across the assignment lifecycle Interpret and ensure consistent, fair application of mobility policies and guidelines Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to mobility Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., tax advisors) and monitor SLAs Stay updated on immigration, tax, and social security regulations affecting assignments Collaborate with legal and tax teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance Partner with HRBP and C MS Office English fluency; French is an asset client focus cross-cultural collaboration analytical thinking SAP Workday Microsoft Office Suite
