Overview You will shape Richemont's talent landscape by defining and driving the long-term vision for Talent Communities across Maisons, Regions, and Functions. You will lead engagement, development, and mobility programs to support retail growth and the group’s commercial ambitions. This role combines strategic planning, global talent management, and stakeholder collaboration to build sustainable career pathways and robust succession. The position offers an opportunity to influence talent practices at a luxury, multinational house network, leveraging digital tools and cross-functional partnerships to scale impact. Verantwortungsbereiche Define long-term vision and strategic axes for Talent Communities Management across creative, marketing/merchandising, and retail areas Ensure a global 360-degree view of talent management with standardized career paths and job catalogues in collaboration with HRDs and Talent Acquisition Develop assessment tools, career development processes, and Workday-based talent management workflows Collaborate with Learning design international development programs for retail experts and high-potential talents Build and monitor talent pools across Maisons and Regions with strong succession planning for senior roles Lead stakeholder engagement across Maisons, Regions, L strong stakeholder management Fluency in English; other languages (Chinese, Japanese, French, Italian) are a plus Digital savviness; experience with Workday or similar HRIS is advantageous strong stakeholder management collaborative and cross-functional analytical thinking Workday HR analytics talent assessment and development tools
