Overview In this role based in Meyrin, you will drive cost controlling, planning and internal allocation model management for the Group Platforms. You collaborate with Group Technology Managers to understand financial performance and support the controlling team with data quality and process improvements. You will contribute to monthly/quarterly/annual closes, budgeting, forecasting, and capital/contract controls, enabling accurate financial decisions across technology domains. Verantwortungsbereiche Oversee day-to-day financial operations for technology domains and cost centers with strong financial control Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closes including accruals, commitments review, and allocation cycles Partner with Group Technology Managers to improve cost understanding and financial reporting Track resources for key technology projects and initiatives Lead planning and forecasting cycles (Budget, Latest Estimate, Roadmap) Review and consolidate budget components (Investments, Operating expenses, Headcounts) and prepare preliminary management reports Support CAR process and follow-up of financial commitments; validate budget assumptions and vendor contracts Assist in PO control with P2P team and improve cost allocation models Apply internal controlling procedures and address gaps Conduct data quality checks on financial data, resolve discrepancies, and support data consolidation for reporting Identify and implement process improvements focusing on automation and efficiency Provide ad-hoc financial analysis, data extraction, and project support Zentrale Anforderungen 1–3 years in a finance or controlling role, preferably in a multinational environment Familiarity with SAP FICO, Anaplan and/or BI tools (asset) Knowledge of coding languages (Python), AI prompts (Copilot), and/or RPA (asset) Strong Excel proficiency Fluent in English; French knowledge is a strong asset Interest in Technology topics (Digital, Infrastructure, Data services) Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo Analytical mindset with attention to detail SAP FICO Anaplan BI tools
