Overview In this role you will drive the product development capability across Richemont’s Maisons, translating business needs into actionable tech delivery. You’ll work with Group Tech and cross‑functional teams to refine the product backlog and orchestrate agile delivery that supports the value chain. You’ll lead adoption, training and change efforts while promoting continuous improvement and measurable business impact. This is a chance to shape how product data, CAD/PLM and processes enable group transformation. Verantwortungsbereiche Maintain and refine the product backlog based on business value and capacity Partner with Technology teams to translate product vision into implementation Align cross-functional teams to manage dependencies across products Ensure selected technologies meet business requirements from stakeholders Lead or support adoption, training and documentation for the product Support change management and share best practices Provide regular updates on product evolution and its strategic impact Continuously improve products to meet business outcomes using metrics and KPIs Coordinate with other Product teams and harmonize product development flows Drive initiatives to mature product development processes and deploy new tools Zentrale Anforderungen 5-10 years in product development with CAD methodologies (ideally PTC Creo) in manufacturing Proven experience with PLM systems, preferably PTC Windchill (CAD data, BOM, ECO) Strong CAD/PLM integration knowledge and data flow from design to manufacturing Master’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent Excellent business acumen and customer orientation Experience in facilitation, change management and cross‑business problem solving Knowledge of collaborative product management solutions and Agile frameworks Experience with PO techniques (customer journeys, personas, discovery, agile ceremonies) Ability to anticipate change through technology Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to present to executives up to C‑level Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Proficiency in English mandatory strong communication cross-functional collaboration change management PTC Creo PTC Windchill CAD/PLM integration
