h3HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? /h3pAs part of the Jaeger-LeCoultre Creative Studio, reporting to the Creative Direction within the Marketing Department, you will develop visual concepts from brief to final delivery. Working with the Creative Director and project managers, you will ensure continuity on ongoing projects and contribute to new creations, upholding the Maison’s identity and quality standards. /ph3Creative concepts and visual development /h3ulliDevelop concepts for product and brand campaigns, digital content, social media and print materials. /liliTranslate briefs into clear creative proposals, including moodboards, art direction treatments, key visuals, layouts and storyboards. Present and explain your creative choices. /liliAdapt concepts across the Maison’s touchpoints, including event and retail communication materials as required. /li /ulh3Photo and video production /h3ulliPrepare and support photo and video shoots, defining references, framing, lighting, sets and styling in collaboration with production teams and external talent. /liliOversee image selection, retouching, editing, colour grading and adaptations. Ensure product details are accurately represented and all assets are visually consistent. /li /ulh3Collaboration and delivery /h3ulliCoordinate creative feedback with internal teams and external partners, and work with project managers to meet deadlines and production constraints. /liliQuickly take ownership of ongoing projects and organise working files and creative decisions to support a smooth handover. /li /ulh3WHAT ABOUT YOU? /h3ulliEstablished experience in art direction within an agency or an in-house creative studio. Experience in luxury, watchmaking, fashion or beauty is an asset. /liliA portfolio demonstrating strong visual culture, a keen eye for composition and typography, and the ability to take a concept through to execution. /liliProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with a sound understanding of photo and video production workflows. /liliExperience with motion design or AI tools applied to creative development is a plus. /liliA proactive, collaborative approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. /liliAbility to quickly understand a brand identity, take over ongoing work and manage several projects in parallel. /liliProfessional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
