Overview
As an Ambassador for A. Lange & Söhne, you drive an exceptional customer experience inside and outside the boutique. You work with a professional team to achieve sales targets through smart use of resources, retail tools, and CRM systems, while upholding brand standards. You organize private viewings, develop action plans, and ensure flawless service and presentation. This role supports the Geneva flagship opening in 2027 and centers on brand stewardship, VIP engagement, and operational excellence.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Meet personal sales targets in line with brand retail strategy and ensure compliance with procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Maximize profit while controlling costs, including discounts and third-party commissions.
- Analyze sales performance with management to refine future projections.
- Organize private viewings for VIPs and discuss business opportunities with the boutique team.
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve targets and serve as a reference for planning.
- Maintain exceptional brand ambassador standards inside and outside the boutique.
- Ensure boutique appearance and maintenance per brand guidelines and support visual merchandising concepts.
- Deliver service excellence and proactive relationship-building with customers and VIPs.
- Support CRM and marketing activities by expanding VIP, customer, and prospect databases.
- Coordinate repairs and after-sales matters with Sales Administrators.
- Participate in stock checks, replenishment, and inventory control.
- Handle financials and cash transactions in accordance with procedures and regulations.
- Report opportunities and incidents promptly to the Assistant/Boutique Manager; share best practices to improve operations.
- Collaborate with teammates, participate in trainings, and maintain professional appearance and conduct.
