Overview
In this role, you lead the Retail Performance Analytics team within the International Retail Department to deliver actionable insights and oversee data-driven reporting for HQ, regions, markets, and boutiques. You drive the transition to Looker-based dashboards, ensuring data quality and meaningful metrics. You partner with cross-functional stakeholders to foster a performance culture and support strategic decision-making. This is a chance to shape retail analytics in a renowned Maison and enable continuous improvement.

- Act as ambassador and expert for retail performance analytics to HQ and regional stakeholders
- Identify trends and opportunities across the retail network
- Lead the transition to Looker reporting tools and oversee dashboard design, development and maintenance
- Track KPIs and deliver actionable insights for decision makers
- Lead and manage a team of analysts
- Foster a strong performance culture through training and cross-functional collaboration
