Richemont is looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking HR Reporting Manager to strengthen the next chapter of Group HR Reporting. In this role, you will drive reporting excellence across the Group by ensuring reliable, scalable, and business‑relevant HR reporting, while helping elevate reporting maturity across HR. You will play a key role in transforming reporting into a more robust, consistent, and value‑creating capability, supporting operational decision‑making and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the Group People Analytics Director, you will own the delivery and continuous improvement of Group HR Reporting, with a primary focus on Workday reporting while also leveraging data from other HR systems where needed. You will help shape the reporting operating model, strengthen governance and consistency across decentralized reporting activities, and partner closely with Group HR functions, Group Platform teams and HR data stakeholders to ensure reporting remains accurate, scalable, and fit for purpose across the Group.
How Will You Make an Impact? In this role, you will position HR Reporting as a strong operational and business‑enabling capability for HR, combining delivery excellence, stakeholder partnership, reporting governance, and continuous improvement.
In Particular, You Will
Own the end‑to‑end delivery of standardized HR reporting across the Group, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely outputs for recurring reporting cycles and ad hoc business needs.
Lead the industrialization, simplification, and automation of reporting processes to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Define and maintain Group HR reporting standards, including reporting definitions, calculation methodologies, logic, and hierarchies.
Establish and continuously strengthen the Workday reporting governance and operating model, ensuring clear accountability, controlled access, consistent development practices, and sustainable delivery across centralized and decentralized teams.
Supervise the broader reporting landscape across HR to secure consistency, avoid uncontrolled proliferation of local reporting practices, and maintain visibility over reporting outputs produced across the organization.
Partner closely with Group HR functional leads to understand business challenges and translate them into clear, relevant, and actionable reporting outputs.
Work closely with Group Platform and Data teams to ensure scalability, robustness, and technical consistency of reporting solutions.
Own the preparation of regulated, controlled, or external HR disclosures, including full responsibility for non‑financial reporting and other official reporting requirements.
Drive the HR reporting roadmap and lead the prioritization of reporting improvements and enhancements in line with business needs and Group priorities.
Leverage the Group Product Operating Model and Agile methodology to drive the delivery of reporting enhancements, ensuring alignment between business priorities, capacity, and execution.
Promote adoption of self‑service reporting solutions by improving accessibility, usability, and trust in reporting tools across the HR community.
Animate the HR reporting community around effective practices and lead targeted upskilling initiatives, delivering practical guidance to strengthen reporting mastery across HR.
How Will You Experience Success With Us?
Master’s degree in a relevant field and solid experience in HR reporting, including experience in a complex, international environment.
Proven expertise in Workday reporting, including report design, reporting governance, security considerations, and operating model definition.
Familiarity with Product Operating Models and Agile ways of working, with the ability to effectively manage demand, priorities, and delivery in a fast‑paced environment.
Proven experience handling regulated reporting and audits, with a high level of rigor in traceability, documentation, controls, and quality assurance.
Strong understanding of HR data structures and reporting logic.
Ability to combine strong hands‑on delivery capability with a broader view of reporting architecture, governance, and service scalability.
Strong collaboration mindset and ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization, navigating ambiguity with structure, pragmatism, and clarity.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a clear pedagogical mindset to support adoption and capability building.
Strong solution‑oriented mindset with a proactive, “can‑do” attitude, able to navigate complexity, resolve issues pragmatically, and drive topics to closure.
Strong attention to detail, structured problem‑solving capabilities, and a high level of ownership in environments where accuracy, consistency, and reliability are critical.
Fluent in English; French is an asset.
