Then you must be the right talent to join our team as a Head of Jewellery Products!

In this role you will spearhead the jewellery product business, driving growth in line with the Maison’s strategy and in close collaboration with the CMO. You will develop a client-centric plan to achieve ambitious business goals, based on thorough market analysis and a deep understanding of market needs.

This role also requires close collaboration with HQ teams (Communication, Commercial, Development, Creative, etc.) and Market teams. Finally, you will be a key ambassador for Piaget, representing us internally within the Richemont Group and externally with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the Jewellery Products Strategy
    • Co-create the jewellery product strategy by presenting a 3-5 year product marketing plan for current and future launches.
    • Drive business growth and gain market share to reach our objectives.
    • Collaborate with HQ and market teams, leveraging market insights and local nuances.
    • Partner with design, development, and innovation teams for successful delivery of our product plan.
    • Identify product gaps and propose innovative solutions.
    • Define aspirational and business client targets.
    • Think beyond product: overall experience, tools, assets needed for a successful launch and first 12 months.
    • Lead and manage the entire product lifecycle, profitability, assortment, sales forecasts to ensure a strong portfolio (KPIs).
  2. Build a strong Client-Centric Product Activation Plan
    • Define and craft comprehensive 360° go-to-market plans.
    • Leverage client insights (global and local) for market segmentation and product forecasting.
    • Collaborate with communication teams for impactful storytelling and activation plan.
    • Monitor and optimize launch effectiveness; propose corrective actions.
    • Create sales enablement tools and provide communications/training support.
    • Partner with commercial teams on merchandising approaches and tools.
    • Represent Piaget at key industry events, press interviews, and with partners (Richemont Group and external network).
  3. Lead and Inspire
    • Coach, develop, and empower the jewellery product marketing team to drive growth.
    • Foster a strong client-centric culture.

The exceptional skills we are looking for:

  1. 10+ years of experience in Jewellery Product Marketing
  2. A proven previous team management experience
  3. Can-do attitude, effective in managing projects, ability to solve problems
  4. Strong team spirit, proactive, enthusiastic and not afraid of challenges
  5. High energy individual with the potential to influence change
  6. Fluent in English and French
