Overview
As Regional Controller for Cartier in Europe, you will drive financial performance across European markets by consolidating reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You’ll partner with local controllers and stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and deliver forward-looking analytics. Your work enables strategic decisions and ROI-focused investments across boutiques and campaigns. This role offers exposure to a global luxury brand, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to shape regional financial strategy.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Contribute to market action plan reviews and align market plans with regional growth strategy
- Monitor regional resource allocation and impact of investments across boutiques and A&P
- Develop and track financial KPIs for investment streams to maximize ROI
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and support efficiency improvements
- Coordinate regional budget process with local and Group Finance teams
- Consolidate regional budgets and ensure alignment with European priorities
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with market controllers to assess deviations and mitigate risks
- Partner with HQ Finance Data team to enhance reporting capabilities and support migration from PowerBI to Looker
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in economics or engineering
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven finance analysis expertise in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting principles
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and SAP BI reporting tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a multinational context
- Agility, flexibility, and strong team spirit
