We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Projects and Business Controller to join our controlling team.
This pivotal role combines financial expertise with a strong focus on driving transformation projects and process automation.
This position is a 2‑year fixed‑term contract based in Meyrin reporting to the Head of Controlling.
How will you make an impact?
In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Financial Controlling (approx. 50%) Acting as the local finance business partner to our Maisons, providing insightful commentary, challenging assumptions, and explaining financial performance.
Offering comprehensive financial support to facilitate informed decision‑making.
Leading the budget and forecasting processes for the Maisons in collaboration with local commercial teams and headquarters, meticulously tracking and analysing deviations against plan.
Finance Transformation Projects digital solutions (e. g., Power Platform…); data visualisation tools (e. g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau…); and data analytics management (e. g., Alteryx, Knime, SQL, Python for data scripting, Dataiku…).
Strong experience with SAP is a significant advantage.
Highly dedicated, adaptable and autonomous with a strong sense of initiative.
Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, combined with a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Fluent in English with a good working knowledge of French; German is a plus.
